Returns & Exchanges

If you ordered a standard Canadian Critter or White Critter and it's just not your vibe, returns and exchanges are totally possible. The one thing we can't do as a small shop is cover the return shipping cost. We know, we know. But we promise we're lovely people and the rest of the process is painless.

To start a return or exchange, get in touch with us and we'll walk you through it.

Custom Orders

If we hand-crafted you a chaotic star Critter with a silk wizard hat based on your exact specifications, we genuinely cannot accept that back. It was made for you. It has your energy.

However, if you truly despise your Concrete Critter, reach out — because we're resilient (though not emotionally invincible) and we genuinely want to know where we went wrong. Contact us and we'll figure something out together.

Refund Policy

We're not really a refunds and store credit operation. We're a happiness operation.

That said, we're not monsters. If your Critter arrived broken, has a defect, or we somehow sent you a blue one when you clearly said yellow — that's on us and we will make it right.

What we can't do is issue refunds for a change of heart on a perfectly good, correctly made Critter. We hope you understand. We made it with love.
