Because each Critter is handcrafted, we don't accept returns on standard items — but if something arrives damaged or we've clearly messed up, we'll make it right. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. When in doubt, just reach out.

All paints used are non-toxic and water-based. That said, Critters are decorative items — not toys — and contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 or determined chewers of any age.
