The Odd Flock is an online shop selling handcrafted concrete animal figurines, operated by EmemOh and based in Canada. Our website is oddflock.ca.

What information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. Payment card details are processed directly by Square and are never stored on our servers.

If you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address only.

If you contact us by email we retain that correspondence.

Why we collect it

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your questions, and send newsletters if you have opted in.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services required to run the store:

• Square — payment processing. Their privacy policy is available at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
• Brevo — transactional email delivery and newsletter sending.
• Cloudflare — DNS and site security. Cloudflare may log IP addresses for security purposes.
• OVH — our web hosting provider based in Canada.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years as required by Canadian tax law. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
